Stroke Effectiveness & Efficiency: Hands-on drill progressions across all four competitive strokes to eliminate drag and increase distance per stroke.

Starts, Turns & Underwaters: High-speed breakout work, reaction time off the blocks, clean wall approach angles, and high-tempo dolphin kicking.

Mindset: Structuring race pace, pacing charts, energy distribution, and nervous system control behind the blocks.
